We operate eateries, kiosks, lounges as well as catering for airlines and rail operators. In total, we have more than 120 outlets across the country.
We’ve brought a number of popular high street food brands to the travel market, including Starbucks and Pizzabakeren, and we’re working with some of the best chefs in Norway to provide a wide range of delicious food and beverages to meet the needs of our customers.
Tigerstaden is an inviting and open wine bar that radiates quality. Inspired by the era when Kristiania transformed into a vibrant metropolis, the bar was launched exactly 100 years after Oslo reclaimed its original name in 1925.
The term Tigerstaden originates from the poem "Siste sang" (Last Song) written by Bjørnstjerne Bjørnson in 1870. In the poem, he describes a struggle between a sturdy country horse and the city’s dangerous tiger, with the onlookers cheering for the tiger.
While Bjørnson, a man of the countryside, sympathized with the horse, the progressive youth of the time viewed the rapid urban development and the new era as purely positive. Tigerstaden became the place where the impulses of continental Europe finally reached Norway—a place where socializing and enjoying food and drink at cafés and restaurants became a cornerstone of the new urban culture.
Tigerstaden Vinbar combines a broad selection of quality wines and beverages across all price points with snacks and small plates inspired by the Oslo region. Our food menu offers a rich variety of vegan and vegetarian dishes, based on exquisite seasonal Norwegian ingredients when available. The wine list is complemented by exciting Norwegian alternatives in wine, cider, and beer - and, of course, a wide selection of non-alcoholic options.

Kaffetår has evolved from the heritage of the traditional Norgesglasset (Norway’s iconic glass jars) into a modern coffee bar, serving premium barista-crafted coffee, fragrant pastries, delicious cakes, and coffee cocktails.
The word Kaffetår is a Norwegian expression meaning a (small) cup of coffee. The term traces back to a time when it was common to drink coffee from the saucer to cool it down more quickly.
Kaffetår offers an experience where modern trends meet tradition. At the heart of our concept is the perfect cup of coffee, designed to brighten our customers' day, whether they choose to sit down and relax or take it on the go.
Point is our retail concept tailor-made for the traveller and designed to make purchases easy and quick. It’s fast, fresh, tempting and friendly.
At Point you get speedy service for food and drinks, and the best selection of snacks and chocolate, throughout the day. Whether you’re just a bit peckish or really hungry, there are many great options at Point – from baguettes, sandwiches, salads and fruit mixes to smoothies and freshly prepared wraps. Travel products and a wide selection of newspapers, magazines and books are also available.
Hunter Bar was conceived to evoke the atmosphere of a hunting lodge. It’s a place where guests can seek shelter and relax. Snøhetta is the architecture firm behind the holistic interior design and visual identity for Hunter Bar, which is located at Oslo airport’s international terminal.
The restaurant has a rustic, outdoors feel. Using roughly cut wooden elements, raw steel, and leather in natural tones, the design reflects nature and hunting traditions. Much like a landscape, the space allows people to gather casually and informally, with spaces where guests can sit in small groups or congregate with larger numbers of friends or family.
The menu is based on authentic Norwegian ingredients and designed to appeal to the hunter’s palate. Here you can enjoy local delicacies such as reindeer wraps, game burgers, or Norwegian game bratwurst sausages with homemade almond potato puree.
