Gorm’s

Gorm’s is a ‘declaration of love’ to Gorm Wisweh, the pizza maker who brought his crisp pizzas from the small sunny island of Bornholm to Copenhagen. Gorm Wisweh is a loving and playful guy who loves food and great ingredients and Gorm’s is the incarnation of what he stands for. His inspiration comes from the simple and rustic traditions of Italy spiced with the very best from the Nordic kitchen. At Gorm’s, flavours are based on imported Italian ingredients, fine wines and a lot of love for food.

YO! SUSHI®

YO! Sushi has been serving fun, fast and fresh Japanese food to diners since 1997. Pioneering the famous ‘Kaiten’ conveyer belt in the UK, the format delivers sushi, sashimi and other classic Japanese dishes directly to customers. The brand now operates close to 100 restaurants across eight countries, including France, the US, Scandinavia, Australia and the United Arab Emirates.
SSP partnered with YO! Sushi to launch a restaurant at Copenhagen Airport.

Mash

MASH – Modern American Steak House – has taken the best from the real American steak house tradition, namely large steaks cut from some of the best cattle in the world. Here they add innovation, and an amazing wine list to match the high-quality beef, in an environment designed to enhance the experience. The first MASH opened in Copenhagen in 2009. Since then MASH has launched new restaurants in Denmark, Germany and London.

Aamanns

When Adam Aamann opened his deli in Copenhagen in 2006, his plan was to take smørrebrød back to its roots while giving it a contemporary overhaul. He let the traditional Danish rye bread remain the backbone of the sandwich and established a healthier and better balance between fish and meats. Aamanns was quickly recognised for its new modern smørrebrød and received numerous awards, including the Danish Gastronomic Academy’s Award and the title Lunch Restaurant of The Year.
