SSP Recognised as a Climate Leader by the Financial Times and Statista
We have been named as one of Europe's Climate Leaders 2025 in a special report by the Financial Times, in partnership with data provider, Statista.
The report recognises European companies that have achieved the greatest reduction in their Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions intensity over a five-year period (2018-23). It also takes into consideration factors including transparency on Scope 3 value chain emissions, progress in reducing absolute emissions, and collaboration with sustainability assessors, such as the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi).
This recognition is testament to our ongoing commitment to reducing its climate impact, guided by our ambitious SBTi-approved target to reach net-zero GHG emissions across our value chain (Scopes 1, 2 and 3) by 2040, from a 2019 base year.
