SSP Hong Kong opened its first outlet in 1997, and currently operates 20 units at Hong Kong International Airport, as well as some of the most popular tourist points throughout Hong Kong, including the Peak and Mongkok. SSP partnered with the internationally renowned brand, Gordon Ramsay, and designed the bespoke concept - Gordon Ramsay Plane Food To Go for travellers in Hong Kong. Situated on Level 7, Terminal 1, Hong Kong International Airport, the restaurant is a recreation of Ramsay’s famous concept at the London Heathrow Airport. Truly one of a kind, Gordon Ramsay Plane Food To Go offers travellers refined British flavours with premium UK ingredients cleverly prepared in a grab-and-go format. Co-curated with Ramsay’s brand, the team put together intricate signatures such as Traditional English All-day breakfast and Signature Short Rib Burger (4-hours slow cooked Short-Rib), must-tries such as Mac and Cheese with Lobster is exclusively created for travellers in Hong Kong.

Yung Kee
SSP proudly presents its exclusive partnership with the Hong Kong legendary food house, Yung Kee. Situated on Level 6, Terminal 1, Hong Kong International Airport, travellers are welcome to dine at the open-air dining area overseeing the majestic views of airplanes ascending and descending over the apron. Offering cuisine true to the owner’s Cantonese heritage, travellers can find sharing plates of stimulating dishes that are unique yet familiar. Classics such as charcoal-grilled roast goose and preserved century eggs served with pickled ginger are popular among travellers, and the house-made XO sauce with Yung Kee’s secret recipe is unforgettable.

Originally created by SSP, Nippon Ramen serves speedy and delicious Japanese flavours satisfying the needs of all. Warming busy travellers’ souls, Nippon Ramen is located on Level 6, Terminal 1, Hong Kong International Airport. The tailor-made operational model is designed to serve busy travellers with comforting and affordable Japanese ramen and rice dishes. With the success of the attuned service model, the second outlet of Nippon Ramen was opened at the Mactan-Cebu International Airport, Philippines; and the third at Brisbane Airport, Australia.
