On 6 December 2022, the Company published its preliminary results for the year ended 30 September 2022. The Company announces that it has today posted to shareholders copies of its Annual Report and Accounts for the period ending 30 September 2022, the Notice of Annual General Meeting (the “Notice of AGM”) and Form of Proxy.
