The French Competition Authority announced the authorisation of the creation of a Joint Venture, Extime Food & Beverage Paris, for the management and operations of food & beverage outlets at Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Paris-Orly Airports. The Joint Venture will be operated between ADP and SSP.

Gerard D’Onofrio, Managing Director SSP France, Belgium and Luxembourg said; “We are pleased with the outcome of the High Authority for Competition decision. The creation of the joint venture Extime Food & Beverage with Aéroport de Paris represents an important turning point for SSP and for travellers at Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Paris-Orly airports. This new entity will allow us to rethink and enrich the catering offer at the airports, offering a high-end and diversified culinary experience that will appeal to the most demanding passengers."
