    Millie’s Cookies opened its first store in 1985 and since then has been baking its highly popular fresh cookies every day. We have over 100 stores across the globe, including the United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and India. The core Millie’s consumer is young (17-25) with a slight female bias. This consumer group is extremely loyal to Millie’s Cookies and has a strong affinity with the brand. Millie’s is a brand with a clear message, and one that is completely relevant to today’s market with both an eat-in and take-away offer. Our range includes cookies, cakes and pastries, muffins, tea and coffee, smoothies, ice cream, milkshakes and cold drinks.

The brand is inspired by cosmopolitan and multicultural European café culture where coffee is less of a caffeine hit and more of an opportunity to regenerate and enjoy some downtime. Ritazza offers something for all customers and can cater for all day parts, which many franchise brands struggle to achieve. Not only do we serve great Italian coffee, but we also offer freshly prepared sandwiches and snacks made in store throughout the day and in some markets we also offer alcohol.

    Upper Crust is a well-established international brand, with a proven track record as a filled baguette led brand. At Upper Crust, we promise freshly prepared baguettes generously filled with mouth-watering ingredients as well as freshly baked pastries and breakfast rolls. Our classic white, super sourdough and seeded multi-grain baguettes go straight from the oven to our counter in their crispy, crunchy gloriousness. Our coffee is always freshly ground. We operate over 100 Upper Crust stores in 16 countries across the world.
