SSP is responsible for undertaking the food travel industry’s largest study of traveling consumer habits, needs and behaviors. It was carried out across 15 countries, involving over 12,000 consumers, and included over 2,000 hours of airport film footage. Our consumer insight expertise continues to grow through regular, extensive research of the current travel market.

By accurately segmenting and analyzing consumer behavior across multiple markets, we can monitor and anticipate changing consumer needs, tastes and desires. Gaps in customer offers can be quickly identified and addressed, and opportunities for better service can be optimized.
