    Alas by Hermanos Torres

When SSP joined forces with Barcelona El-Prat Airport to update its airside food and beverage offering, it turned to famous twin chefs Sergio and Javier Torres to create a unique concept that would appeal to all passenger tastes.

The result was Alas by Hermanos Torres, a restaurant offering modern, creative dishes featuring the Torres brothers’ signature Spanish flair. The menu offers a wide selection of local and international favourites to meet all customer needs throughout the day. The focal point of this truly inspired outlet is the open bar and kitchen located in the centre of the restaurant, where food is prepared in front of customers to add an extra element of theatre to their dining experience.
