Manager in Training Program (MIT)
As a frontline manager you will interact with more employees than any other single role and have the greatest influence and impact on the results, productivity and environment of our airports. Our initial training program for a new manager focuses on developing your confidence and knowledge so you have the tools to effectively lead and inspire our associates. By using empathy training, e-learning modules and challenging activities, you will gain knowledge about our systems, processes and philosophies. This information will serve as an anchor of knowledge and will be your foundation of excellent leadership. Preparing you for your role is essential to your success and SSP America’s as we grow together.
SSP America believes the greatest source of new managers is our internal associates. So we challenge you, and all of our employees, to advance your knowledge, polish your skills, and look toward the horizon to achieve your potential.
