The team works to briefs relating specifically to our own business needs and also with the brand owners to develop new products in response to identified consumer trends. This dramatically shortens the speed to market for innovations, allowing us to capitalise on trends, big or small and fosters a culture of continual food exploration, innovation and creativity.
