SSP is a member of SHR (The Swedish Hotel and Restaurant Association) and has collective agreements with HRF (the Hotel and Restaurant Union) and the Unionen trade union. Employment in SSP often involves working in a security-classified areas, which entails individual security checks for all staff members.
