Leading culinary partnerships
We are so dedicated to providing traveling consumers with memorable food experiences that we have developed creative partnerships with some of the worlds leading chefs. These include Nicolas le Bec in France, Michael Karlsson in Sweden and Gilles Dupont in Switzerland. Alongside them our in-house team of chefs develops new, exciting and refreshing food ideas for travelers worldwide.

SSP FoodLab
Our global network of food experts is supported and inspired by our close collaboration with chef Olivier Pichot. In his Le Mans kitchen our food experts work with Pichot and his team to develop new products and design solutions. In this way the SSP Foodlab fosters a culture of continual food exploration, innovation and creativity.

With our own teams working to briefs relating specifically to our own business needs, we work with the brand owners to develop new products in response to identified consumer trends. This also dramatically shortens the speed to market for innovations, allowing us to capitalise on trends, big or small.
