Award winning dining at UK’s largest British owned airport
SSP UK has enjoyed a successful working relationship with Manchester Airport for the past 20 years, and runs a wide range of food and drink outlets across all three terminals, both airside and landside.
This includes the real food company, Caffè Ritazza, contemporary bars including the Observatory Bar, organic brand SOHO Coffee Company, Delice De France and Burger King.
In 2010, SSP opened seven new outlets at Manchester, including a stunning new Caffè Ritazza at the renovated Terminal 1. The airport team had created a strong theme for the retail area, and SSP’s interpretation of this design in the introduction of its Caffè Ritazza brand enabled it to create a new café that enhanced the striking environment, without compromising the identity of the brand.
