Andrew Wong General Manager, Hong Kong and Taiwan

Andrew started his career in quasi-government sector then moved to Food & Beverage together with Retail industry. He worked as General Manager, Business Development in Pacific Coffee Company, committed to making the coffeehouses an urban oasis that promotes a slower pace of life which achieved a dramatic business success to be pioneer in the market.

Andrew joined SSP Hong Kong since September 2013 as General Manager, Hong Kong and Taiwan to responsible for overseeing both Hong Kong and Taiwan operations.

With his strong management skills and commercial acumen, SSP HK & Taiwan strive to driving excellent business outcomes through insightful strategic planning, participative leadership, and more importantly, focus on developing a passionate, high-functional team, as platform for continuous success for years to come.

Alan Yuen Deputy General Manager

Alan Yuen has been in the food and beverage industry for over 23 years. He began his career working for Peninsula Hotel Hong Kong in 1986, which has been ranked as the No.1 hotel in the world. During his 12-year long service in Peninsula Hotel, he was involved in different types of catering operations, e.g. fine dining, coffee shop, bar, lounge, banquet and outside catering.

Alan joined SSPHK and was appointed to set up the new business operations in the Hong Kong International Airport in 1998. The catering outlets rapidly expanded from 3 units to 28 units in 11 years. He was promoted from Restaurant Manager to Deputy General Manager, managing all the sales and operations issues in Hong Kong.

Josephine Choi Human Resources Manager

Josephine has over 10 years of experience in human resources management. She developed her HR professional in different industries such as manufacturing, telecommunication, food & catering, etc.

Prior joining SSP, she had been working in Maximís Group for three years. She joined SSP Hong Kong Human Resources Team in February 2014 as Human Resources Manager. With her solid experience in managing staffing in catering operations, she will help SSP Hong Kong to drive more HR initiatives in order to support for business growth and expansion.
