Hong Kong International Airport

SSP has been operating in Hong Kong International Airport since it opened in 1997. The operation here, at this high-profile hub airport at one of the worlds busiest airports, remains one of our largest in the region.

We operate 36 units across two terminals, food and beverage offers range from Asian and Western fast food brands such as Ajisen Ramen and Popeyes Chicken and Biscuits, to high-end dining like Yung Kee Restaurant and the casual dining restaurant Cafe Deco.


In 2016, SSPHK opened a vibrant 450+ seater ‘East to West Food Market’ in the newly renovated ‘West Hall’ at HKIA. Featuring 11 brands and concepts of which 4 are Michelin recommended. The line-up includes a world-class restaurant Yung Kee, Street Food MIC by Alvin Leung – a concept created by the 3-star Michelin chef himself, Korean-fusion brand School Food and Michelin-recommended Chinese noodles and congee specialist Chee Kei.


The Hong Kong team have also since expanded to downtown, with two Burger King restaurants operating in the heart of Central, as well as a 400+ seat food court at Hung Hom MTR Station.
