Hokkaido Dairy Farm is inspired by the charm of both the Hong Kong and Japanese restaurant cultures. It launched in 2009 as an exciting and welcoming casual dining experience. Fusing together traditional Hong Kong cuisine with a Japanese hint, our star ingredient is 3.6 Hokkaido Milk - the highest quality milk and the essential ingredient in our flavourful, creamy dishes which attract the young age group.

Hokkaido Dairy Farm is a place not only to indulge in delicious food, but also to socialize with friends and family in a cozy and artsy atmosphere that perfectly reflects our modern take on the traditional ‘cha chaan teng’, combined with elegant Japanese simplicity.

We aim to provide high quality experience to popular quick service operators but at an affordable price. The selection of the restaurant’s ingredients goes through a vigorous process to ensure that premium produce is used to create dishes.
