SSP Pudong Receives Top Scores in Food Quality

All 22 Restaurants in Pudong Airport have been
accredited the highest scores in professional food
management audit by Shanghai Entry‐Exit Inspection and
Quarantine Bureau.


A total of 224 food Production and Operation enterprises
participated in the competition but only 45 got top scores. All
22 SSP units in Pudong were among those after having passed a professional accreditation for health licenses, routine health
monitoring on procurement of raw materials control,
warehousing, production and processing on‐site conditions etc.

Derek Ng is personally very proud of this recognition “Chinese people are very concerned nowadays about the food safety and quality. This will help us in setting us apart from others and
will provide a great assurance to customers”.
