SSP America, a division of SSP Group, a leading operator of food and beverage brands in travel locations worldwide, has appointed Oscar Hernandez as Regional Vice President of Operations responsible for business in the West and Southwest regions of the United States. SSP America made the appointment in light of continued growth throughout North America and the company’s commitment to operational and service excellence.
Hernandez is a 22-year renowned operator having held numerous leadership positions earlier in his career with Brinker International Restaurants and Darden Restaurants and has spent a significant number of years in operational roles airside. Hernandez will be responsible for developing and implementing the company’s unique operational vision while building strong relationships with SSP America’s airport partners.
